Tennis Mental Toughness - First One Free

The 12 Winning Habits of Winners

————————–“Just wanted to take the time to update you briefly. Our CD’s arrived on Thursday, literally about 20 minutes prior to our departure for the tournament my son was playing in. We listened to them several times (10 hr. drive). I was so delighted that they arrived as I wanted them specifically for him to listen to BEFORE this tournament. Already the CD’s have made a difference! He controlled his emotions better than at any tournament before. (He is an excellent tennis player physically and technically, but his weakness has been emotional, which then causes his game to suffer.) So, he was able himself to notice a great difference and is very encouraged! We told him that this is just the beginning of many improvements he is going to see as a result of being able to “control” his emotions & thoughts & focus better. THANK YOU for assuring that we received our order! Sincerely, Eric M.

Winning in Tennis
Starts Between Your Ears!

I ordered your series of tapes back in Oct. for my 9yr old daughter. While driving back from our Christmas vacation in south Florida we stopped for lunch in Bradenton. On impulse, we elected to tour Bollettieri Tennis Academy. Not only did we get a tour but a half hour private video tapped lesson with Nick Bollettieri!!! Melanie did very well and stayed calm and focused even though we were all nervous. Her ability to concentrate is a direct result of us listening to your tapes at night before bed. That day 1-2-04, was one of our best experiences thus far. Thank-you Mr.Refay..from the Lewis family

“I used to think that losing made you more hungry and determined but after my success at the Olympics and the U.S. Open I realize that winning is the biggest motivation.” Andy Murray

"Outstanding.

"It's so much more effective than all the books and videos out there. The tapes are short and to the point. I carry the tapes in my tennis bag and listen to the one I need when I need it. I listen to tape #2 when I have problems with my 1st serve. I listen to #8 when I have problems with closing out my matches. I listen to #1 to motivate and energize myself before my matches. It's like magic. I don't get angry or nervous any more. Every time I listen to the tapes I hit the ball harder, move faster and I concentrate on playing the big points and the key games with more confidence and determination. The funny thing is: Since I stopped thinking about winning, Winning just becomes easy and fun."

“All I cared about in tennis was winning.” Pete Sampras

I don't think about winning or losing. I don't care who is watching and I don't get angry any more. I just keep my eyes on the ball, move my legs and play my game. I'm very happy because now some of the better players, who ignored me for a long time and didn't want to play with me, are showing more respect and have started calling" Tom, Charleston

"After meeting you at the German Open a year ago I ordered some of your tapes and I'm happy to tell that your mental toughness program is a really excellent idea. As you know I was myself a good junior player. I went to Bollettieri for 9 months and played the satellite and futures tour. Now I'm coaching about 6 talented juniors. I have read many books and attend many workshops about mental toughness and I believe listening to a tape shortly before the match is more effective than reading books or watching videos. Maximilian Mayer, Frankfurt

Your program can transform a good player into an excellent player in a matter of days."Martin F., College Player

Learn to Think Like a Winner!

Winners make mistakes, get angry and frustrated (just like every competitive tennis player who wants to win). They lose games, sets, and even matches, BUT they never lose confidence or give up. They keep thinking that they will win until the final point has been played.

Winning is the Best Motivation!

- The “Do-It-Yourself — Mental Tennis” program is like having your own personal sports psychologist with you - in your tennis bag- to motivate you for your matches and give you the confidence, mental toughness and “killer instinct” you need to:

Keep your mind on the court, your eyes on the ball and just focus on controlling your opponent right from the start.

Serve with more confidence and win more easy points with your first serve.

Feel free to hit your best shots in pressure situations, no matter what the score is.

Return your opponent’s second serves with more determination to control the point right away, and destroy your opponent’s confidence in his second serve.

Beat the “better" player with his or her own weapons.

Control your emotions, stay aggressive and use your anger to energize yourself and play even better.

Stop putting too much pressure on yourself, keep a positive attitude and don't let mistakes or setbacks defeat you.

Stop losing matches that you should be winning by using patience and the right strategy to beat the "pusher ".

Keep believing in yourself and in your tennis, and find a way to finish off your opponent and close out the match even when you are not playing at your best.

“If we all trained our minds as much as we are training our muscles and physical body, I think we would achieve and maximise our potential. We don't know how much we can really achieve until we have this kind of mindset of wanting always to evolve and improve. I believe in the power of the mind and visualisation, which is a big part of my everyday life".
~ Novak Djokovic

“My daughter (10) brings all your CD’s along in her tennis bag. On the way to a tournament, she often chooses one cd and she will sit in the back of the car and sometimes listen to the same CD 3 or 4 times. She is playing much better and she is WINNING. Her coach is very impressed with her performance. Thank you so much.”
