I did not have any trainor before, and that goes for up until today. I just began by watching matches, imitate players, read some self-help books, and of course, stayed on court for some 2 hour (there was even a time I practiced for 5 hours) practice daily. I must say I grew a little addicted to tennis. I stand 5'5" and plays mostly in the baseline. I do right forehand and two handed backhand (though recently I have been experimenting on using one handed backhands when my opponent is not as competitive as I am). I am now 26 and I have been playing tennis in the last 9 years. My Goals I want to improve my game and perhaps, if time permits, join smaller tournament for starters.
