Running Doubles

My coach taught me this drill when I was on my school team. You need at least 3 teams of doubles. One team will be on one side of the court, the other teams will be on another side of the court. One of the sides is the championship side in which only one team will be. The object of the drill is to have someone feed the ball to the challengers side of the court (You can also serve to start the point) and the challenger team has to win 2 straight points against the champions, if they win 2 straight points them both teams switch sides and you keep on playing. There is also a line on the challenger side of the court where the teams will line up and get ready to receive a feed. If the challengers loose a point, if the first point the go back to the end of the line and dont get a second feed, or the second point the team still goes to the end of the line. This drill also will help singles players develope net skills.
