We believe that through sports children learn the greatest lessons in life. Sports teach individuals that success is a result of hard work and sacrifice. When it comes to work ethic there can be no compromise. At TENAX SPORTS, our coaches are able to teach ordinary athletes how to achieve extraordinary results. We accomplish this by showing our athletes how to create discipline in their lives, establish a work ethic, create sense of self-esteem, and learn to fight through the inevitable adversity they will encounter on and off the court. About the Program This highly intensive program will challenge players to gain responsibility of “their” game and teach players to control match situations. The main emphasis of this camp is improving match play and implementing different strategies versus certain types of opponents (i.e. pushers, serve and volleyers, power hitters). Through active participation in this program, players gain full understanding of the physical, mental, and strategic parts of tennis.
